1. Orders

By submitting an order, customers confirm that information provided during checkout is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. An order may be declined or cancelled where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons.

2. Product Information

We aim to present products accurately. Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing variation or other reasonable factors.

3. Prices and Charges

Product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and the final order total are displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and applicable security or fraud checks.

5. Order Processing

Orders normally require 2–4 business days for processing after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping to supported United States destinations generally requires approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners depending on inventory availability, product location and destination.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us promptly before fulfillment begins.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact customer support with the order information and supporting photographs or video where appropriate.

After review, an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution will be provided based on the circumstances.

10. Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions stated with the applicable promotion.

11. Errors and Availability

Genuine pricing, description, inventory or technical errors may be corrected when identified.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, an appropriate explanation and available resolution will be provided.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
