1. Return Window

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

For a standard return, an item should generally be unused and in its original condition, include its original parts and accessories, retain original packaging where reasonably possible and be accompanied by valid purchase or order information.

3. How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, contact service@avyreno.com.

Please provide the order number, the item to be returned, the reason for the request and photographs or video where relevant.

4. Return Address

Do not automatically send returns to our registered business address. Once an eligible request has been reviewed and approved, customer support will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For an eligible return based on change of mind, preference or another reason not caused by a product or fulfillment issue, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed because of a product or fulfillment issue, an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution will be provided without requiring the customer to bear additional costs resulting from that error.

6. Return Inspection

Returned items may be inspected after receipt to verify that the applicable return requirements have been satisfied.

7. Refund Timing

After an approved returned item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Our refund processing generally requires 5–10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in the customer's account.

8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from the product description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and supporting photographs or video where appropriate.

9. Order Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact customer support promptly before fulfillment begins.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.
